I.Customers who purchases Dessmann locks according to the relevant state laws and regulations can enjoy the Warranty Services.
II.Warranty Policy
The product warranty is for one year, the warranty don’t apply for these reasons :
1.More than one year from the date of purchase;
2.No product warranty card and proof of purchase;
3.The product does not mathc the product warranty card and proof of purchase;
4.Human factors (including force majeure, no damage caused by manual operation, etc.) resulting in product misfunction;
5.Altered by unauthorized dealers or repairman;
6.Battery causes;
III.Warranty method
1.You must provide a valid warranty card and proof of purchase;
2.You can contact with our global network for any warranty question;
3.You can also directly contact with your customer service department;
4.Covered under warranty, for eligible products, we offer free repair and replacement parts; for non-warranty products, we offer maintenance services, collection of old material and charge-site service fee.
IV.Our after-sales personnel will provide an « after-sales service list » for you to fill out and evaluate the quality of our services.
After you purchase our products, fill out the 'single user information form' and send it back to us within a month to our customer service department (see address in the user’s manual). So we create and archive your user profile. If your warranty card or proof of purchase are lost, contact us as soon as possible so you can still enjoy our warrranty.
